This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the website located at www.stemba.asia, operated by Glade Holdings Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202549163K), trading as Stemba.
Our goal is to ensure customers feel confident trying Daysy and fully supported if the product is not the right fit.
1. 30-Day Risk-Free Returns
Stemba offers a 30-day risk-free return period starting from the date your order is delivered.
If Daysy is not right for you, you may return the device within thirty (30) days, even if it has been opened or used during the evaluation period.
Returns may be requested for any reason, including:
- the product is not the right fit for your needs
- you changed your mind
- you prefer not to continue using the product
No explanation is required to request a return.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our team and include your order number.
Return requests should be sent to:

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for returning the device.
3. Return Shipping
For approved returns:
- Stemba will arrange the return shipment
- return instructions will be provided
- a courier label or collection arrangement may be issued
Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund once the return has been received and processed.
Stemba does not cover return shipping costs.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- or not as ordered
please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- troubleshooting support
- a replacement device
- or a refund
Defective devices are assessed under the two-year manufacturer’s warranty.
5. Exchanges
If you receive the wrong item or a defective device, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
For change-of-mind situations, returns should follow the standard return process. If you wish to purchase another product, a new order may be placed separately.
6. Two-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
Your Daysy device is covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
If your device stops working as expected, please contact our team and we will guide you through:
- troubleshooting and diagnosis
- returning the device if necessary
- repair or replacement where appropriate
The warranty does not cover:
- accidental damage
- misuse or improper handling
- water damage
- normal wear and tear
7. Refund Processing
Once your returned device has been received, we will inspect the item and confirm the return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund timing:
Refunds are typically issued within fourteen (14) days after the return has been received and approved.
Where applicable, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Customers will receive updates during the return process so they are aware of the return status.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified within twelve (12) hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or packed for dispatch.
If you need assistance outside this window, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.
