This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through the website located at www.stemba.asia, operated by Glade Holdings Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202549163K), trading as Stemba.

Our goal is to deliver your order reliably and quickly while providing clear expectations about shipping timelines and delivery support.


1. Where We Ship

We currently ship within Singapore only.

If you require delivery outside Singapore, please contact our team and we will advise whether international shipping options are available.

2. Delivery Options (Singapore)

We offer two delivery options depending on how quickly you would like your order to arrive.

Standard Delivery — Free

Free on all orders. No minimum spend required.

Typical delivery time is within three (3) days from order dispatch, depending on courier schedules and delivery location.


Express Delivery — S$15

We partner with same-day and next-day courier services.

Orders placed before 11:00am Singapore time may qualify for same-day delivery depending on location.

Orders placed after 11:00am will typically be delivered on the next business day.

Delivery timing may vary slightly during weekends, public holidays, or peak courier periods.


3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within no more than one (1) business day after payment confirmation.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

  • a shipping confirmation email
  • a delivery tracking link where available

During high-volume periods, processing times may occasionally take slightly longer, but we will aim to keep customers informed.


4. Contact Number for Delivery

We strongly recommend providing a contact phone number at checkout.

This allows the courier to:

  • contact you directly if needed
  • coordinate delivery timing where required
  • send real-time delivery updates

Providing a contact number helps ensure smooth and successful delivery.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link where available.

Orders can typically be tracked through:

  • the tracking link sent in your shipping confirmation email
  • the courier’s tracking page

If tracking information does not appear within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team and we will assist.


6. Delivery Attempts and Address Issues

If delivery cannot be completed due to issues such as:

  • an incorrect delivery address
  • the recipient being unavailable
  • restricted building access

we will coordinate a redelivery where possible.

Couriers may charge additional fees for repeated delivery attempts or address corrections. Where applicable, these charges may be passed on.

To avoid delays, please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.


7. Shipping Delays

While most deliveries arrive within the expected timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors such as:

  • weather conditions
  • courier network congestion
  • public holidays
  • operational disruptions

If your order appears delayed, please contact our support team and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or shows signs of tampering, please notify us as soon as possible.

Please do not file a claim directly with the courier. Our team will manage the process on your behalf.

We may request photos of:

  • the exterior packaging
  • the interior packaging
  • the product itself

Once the situation is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund where applicable.


9. Returns and Return Shipping

Returns are handled under our 30-day risk-free return policy.

For approved returns:

  • Stemba will arrange the return shipment
  • return instructions will be provided
  • a courier label or collection arrangement may be issued

Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund once the return has been received and processed.

Stemba does not cover return shipping costs.
