All prices displayed on the website are shown in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change from time to time without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing information is accurate. However, in the event of a pricing error, Stemba reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for the affected product.


Payment

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on the website. Payment processing services are provided by third-party payment providers. Stemba does not store full payment card information.


Orders and Processing

All orders placed through the Stemba website are subject to acceptance by Stemba. Stemba reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Orders are typically processed promptly after purchase. Processing time is no longer than one business day from order confirmation.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it may no longer be modified or cancelled.


Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms are described in full within the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Standard delivery within Singapore is free of charge and typically arrives within three business days, depending on courier schedules and delivery location.

Express delivery may be available for orders placed before 11:00am and may qualify for same-day delivery depending on location. Orders placed after the express delivery cutoff time will typically be delivered on the next business day.

Customers are strongly encouraged to provide a contact phone number during checkout so that the courier can communicate delivery updates and facilitate successful delivery.

The Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy are incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.


Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by the Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Stemba offers a 30-day risk-free return period from the date of delivery. Customers may request a return within this period if they decide the product is not right for them.

Returns may be accepted even if the device has been opened or used during the evaluation period.

Stemba will arrange the return shipping process. However, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund once the returned product has been received and processed.

Refunds are typically issued within fourteen days after the return has been received and approved.

Return requests must be initiated by contacting returns@stemba.asia.


Warranty

The Daysy device is covered by a two-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If a device is found to be defective during the warranty period, Stemba will assist in arranging repair or replacement in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Warranty claims may be initiated by contacting customer support.


Medical Disclaimer

The Daysy device is designed as a fertility awareness tool to help users better understand their menstrual cycle.

Daysy is not a contraceptive device and should not be used as a method of contraception.

Daysy does not guarantee pregnancy and should not be relied upon as a medical or diagnostic tool.

Information provided on this website is intended for educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice. Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical guidance.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glade Holdings Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the website or the purchase or use of products sold through the website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, liability will be limited to the purchase price of the product involved.
